The 1,074-seat proscenium theatre includes an orchestra pit, two balconies and a backstage large ensemble rehearsal room. The design includes variable acoustics features including an orchestra shell and perimeter tracked acoustic curtains. Other acoustics features are a forestage reflector and special wall and ceiling finishes. The building includes a 5,500-sf studio theatre with flexible seating and staging configurations. Special acoustic attention was also given to the Studio Theatre and main lobby for special events and pre-performance gatherings.
